Clinchy Career Consulting does not collect personal information passively through cookies or other passive collection means. Clinchy Career Consulting uses the personal information it collects to contact individuals in response to their inquiries. 

Clinchy Career Consulting may also use the personal information to disseminate news, blog posts, and other information about Clinchy Career Consulting to persons who sign up to receive emails from Clinchy Career Consulting or who submit an inquiry about career consulting services. Clinchy Career Consulting does not share personal information with third party operators.

Information for Parents and Guardians: If a child under the age of 13 (in the United States) or 16 (outside the United States) has provided personal data to us through Clinchy Career Consulting website without verifiable parental consent, Clinchy Career Consulting will use commercially reasonable means to contact the child’s parent or guardian to seek authorization to maintain and use the child’s personal information.
